My name is Greg Maston. I am Realtor and Property Investor in the Moore/Norman area. When I bought my very first home, I was intimidated by the whole process and understand how daunting it can be for first time buyers. That's probably why I get such satisfaction out of doing my best to simplify the real estate buying/selling process and help folks who might be a little uncomfortable at the prospect of making, what is often, the largest investment that they will make. After buying my first home, I began to build equity and see tax advantages. It was then that I started to understand real estate as a viable investment opportunity. Shortly thereafter I bought my first investment property, became a landlord and never looked back. Becoming a Realtor with Don Cies Real Estate, Inc. and helping others with their real estate ambitions just felt like a natural progression. Whether someone is buying a house to make it their home, or buying it as an investment, or selling a home to graduate to something better suited to their needs, it gives me great satisfaction to work through the process with them.
