A Residence Club owner enjoys a fractional one-seventh share deeded real estate ownership and the top Admiral Level Boat Club membership. Owners have the right to residence use during all seasons, subject only to the reservation policies and availability, allowing for frequent and flexible lodging privileges throughout the year. As a Boat Club member, you can access open bow ski boats or tri-toon boats. In season each Club Owner is guaranteed access to a boat during one reservation period for each day you are staying at the Residence Club. Staff can assist with reservations if needed.
Owners comprehensive monthly HOA fee pays for professional management and operations of the Residence Club and pro rata share of the cost associated with operating the Boat Club.
