Step inside and you'll be greeted by "Divine Den"'s spacious open layout, seamlessly connecting living, dining, entertainment, lounge, and sleeping areas. The abundant large windows and vaulted ceilings not only enhance natural light and views but also create a generous sense of living space. Inside, Divine Den boasts a chic open design with large windows, vaulted ceilings, and a cozy living room complete with a fireplace and entertainment center. The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring sleek black custom cabinetry, white countertops, and modern appliances. For leisure and entertainment, Divine Den offers a game room with a shuffleboard table, arcade games, and ample seating. When it's time to rest, guests will find comfort in 7 beds, each like a hotel suite with its own ensuite bathroom and generous space. Please note that the square footage below includes only the bedroom space, excluding the bathrooms and closets. On the first floor, the front bedroom spans 260 square feet, the back bedroom covers 217 square feet, and the spacious bunk room offers 400 square feet. The second floor features the front right bedroom at 236 square feet, the middle right bedroom at 285 square feet, the back right bedroom at 260 square feet, and the back left bedroom at 210 square feet. An additional bunk room provides sleeping space for extra guests, featuring four queen beds and four twin singles. One king bedroom and the bunk room are conveniently located on the first level. Outside, you'll discover a covered patio with inviting lounge seating, outdoor dining options, a fire pit, and a relaxing hot tub. Upstairs, a second-floor deck offers scenic views and comfortable seating.
